Engagement in the project merger Card Tech in Cologne to the Concardis GmbH. Take over works for inventory management and stock count as at 31. 12.2019.

Use in the Contract Management department, the interface between procurement and invoicing of external IT services. Coordination of the partial acceptance by project management with the milestones in the contracts. Prolongation of the proposals. Setting contract data in SAP MM and coordinating open deliveries and services with project managers and purchasing.

Restructuring of intercompany relationships. Inclusion of the supply and service relationships of a hotel chain to its umbrella organization.

Extension of the existing account plan, documentation of the service agreements and coordination of the organizational chart with the tax department. Training of the employees for the registration, account assignment and the monthly coordination of the business transactions.

Supervision of the sale of the assets also abroad. Preparation of the liquidation balance in cooperation with the bookkeeping offices and submission of the final tax declarations in Germany and abroad.

The Renergia Consult GmbH & Co KG, located in 58513 Lüdenscheid, has been in operation since October 2018. Before we did offer our services with the german plant of the Renergia Sp.zo.o. This company was established in 2013 in Koszalin in Poland.

Between 2009 and 2013 in collaboration with a polish director I had managed a polish service company for the servicing of wind power plants in region Koszalin, Poland. The parent company, the Fuhrländer AG, went bankrupt end of the year 2012. Subsequent we settled the polish affiliate in 2013. Since September 2013 I started the settlement of further affiliates on behalf of the liquidator about the german plant of the Renergia Sp.zo.o. Beginning of 2014 I had taken my first project as external manager in Germany.

In the recent years we faced a decline in the demand for our services in Poland, in consequence we decided to settle the Renergia Sp.zo.o. end of the Year 2017.

Interim management and the execution of insolvency accounting is in use since October 2018 about the Renergia Consult GmbH & Co KG. The service for renewable energy may be conducted by partners in some cases.
